There are times when you just want to relax and spend time with your loved ones. I feel the same way sometimes. So that is the reason I came up with a list of this 40+ Vegetarian summer recipe.

This is perfect for those days when you don't want to cook. In fact, you just want to sit back and relax. I have compiled a list of recipes that can be made in under 30 minutes. You will find recipes for every meal, starting from appetizers to dinner.

Summer is the best time for some homegrown veggies like eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, etc. And I really love to use these veggies for cooking my meal. You can use them in a salad, or grill them, or serve them as an appetizer. So here are some colorful recipes that I really love to share with you guys to make Summer meals easier.

These are vegetarian recipes, but believe me when I say everyone loves these recipes. Of course, you can add protein (if you like), but without it also, these recipes are flavorful.
