Wet ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • cup Maple Syrup brown, coconut, or regular
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter almond, oat, soy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Powder or Cinnamon Powder or Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Add-Ons:

  • 2 tablespoon Walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dry ingredients: In a bowl, sift together whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking soda, protein powder or cinnamon powder, and salt.

  • Mash the bananas: In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork or a potato masher.

  • Add the wet ingredients: In the same bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and vinegar to a bowl. Mix until combined.

  • Prepare the pan: Grease a small baking pan that fits inside your air fryer and line the parchment paper.

  • Bake: Garnish the bread with a little more chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. Preheat the air fryer at 325°F for 3-5 minutes. Pour the batter into the pan and air fry at 325°F for 35 minutes.
    Tip: If you think the bread is burning on top, cover it with aluminum foil after 20 minutes of cooking.
  • Check for doneness: Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
  • Cool before slicing: Let the banana bread rest for 10–15 minutes before cutting.
