1 cup Almond Flour, ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 tablespoon Protein Powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt
Mash the bananas: In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork or a potato masher.

Add the wet ingredients: In the same bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and vinegar to a bowl. Mix until combined.
½ cup Greek Yogurt, ⅓ cup Maple Syrup, ¼ cup Peanut Butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon Vinegar
Combine gently: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir just until combined. Also, add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Do not overmix.
Prepare the pan: Grease a small baking pan that fits inside your air fryer and line the parchment paper.
Bake: Garnish the bread with a little more chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. Preheat the air fryer at 325°F for 3-5 minutes. Pour the batter into the pan and air fry at 325°F for 35 minutes.Tip: If you think the bread is burning on top, cover it with aluminum foil after 20 minutes of cooking.
Check for doneness: Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
Cool before slicing: Let the banana bread rest for 10–15 minutes before cutting.
