These air fryer Shishito Peppers are not only easy to make but also totally irresistible. These delicious finger food are vegan, keto, & a perfect snack for any time of the day. Taste great with a sprinkle of salt & lemon juice.
First, wash the shishito peppers in the running water. Then drain the water out. Using a paper towel, pat dry the shishito peppers.
Spray cooking spray to the peppers and mix them properly so that the shishito peppers are properly coated.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees F. Then line the shishito peppers in the air fryer basket. (Note: do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, instead work in batches).
Close the air fryer, and air fry the shishito peppers for 8-10 minutes at 400°F. (Note: Keep rotating the peppers for even cooking).
Remove the shishito peppers from the air fryer basket & sprinkle some salt & lemon juice & mix evenly.
Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, add Greek Yogurt, Garlic, powder, Salt, and Lemon Juice. Whisk all the ingredients until well combined, and it is smooth & creamy.
