Instant Pot Brown Rice is a simple and easy recipe that you can make ahead of time and use as needed. Making brown rice in Instant Pot gives fluffy, soft and a little chewy rice every time.
Add oil to the inner pot of Instant Pot and add Brown Rice to the pot.
Add water and close lid. With vent in the sealing position, pressure cook for 15 minutes. Or using a Rice setting, cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.
When timer beeps, let the pressure release naturally (NPR). Once pressure releases and the valve goes down, open the lid.
Using a fork or spoon, fluff the rice and add seasonings as needed.
